Justine received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Utica University (formerly known as Utica College). He completed his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the Far Eastern University – Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in the Philippines. He has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2017 and focuses his practice on outpatient orthopedics.
Justine strives to practice a holistic patient care and utilizes manual therapy techniques along with exercises to help improve patient health and well-being. He provides the following treatment such as deep muscle stimulator (DMS), active release technique (ART), soft tissue mobilizations, joint mobilizations, electrical stimulation, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), TMJ intra-oral treatment, Kinesio (KT) taping, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) as well as lymphatic compression pump therapy. He ensures the implementation of a personalized exercise program for each patient he handles, including those who are recovering from sports-related injuries. In addition, he is also certified in Myofascial Decompression (MFDc), in which he utilizes cup therapy combined with exercise-based movement science principles to achieve an increase of motion through fascial mobility and neuromuscular re-education. Justine is passionate about mentorship and continuous learning, often attending seminars and courses in order to learn evidence-based treatment options that can bring excellent results to all of his patients.
Justine is married and likes to spend his time off with his wife and their hairless sphynx cat, Murphy. He recently moved from San Francisco to Southern California, so he loves to explore Orange County and find new restaurants to try. During his free time, he loves to sing, play the guitar, go to the gym, and attend church.
