The Importance of Sleep
In the USA alone, over millions of American workers aren’t getting nearly enough sleep each night. Most get an average of 6 hours or less each night. Not only does this make people more prone to diseases but more frequent mood swings, and weight loss issues.
We live in a very fast pace world where we work longer hours on top of our everyday chores. How to avoid having the issues listed above and to enjoy a full nights sleep? Number one rule, turn the electronics off! This makes your mind race when it should be resting. Another great tip is to keep a note pad by your bed so that you can write down things on your mind so that your mind can be put to rest and not have to worry about trying to remember everything in the morning.
